Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ManyMore. By signing in to ManyMore or booking through a ManyMore page, you agree to them. If you’re accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.

What ManyMore does

ManyMore provides an AI assistant and booking tools that let service providers take appointments, connect their calendar, and notify customers. Availability and bookings are driven by the provider’s connected calendar; ManyMore doesn’t maintain a competing schedule.

Your account

Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
Provide accurate business information, and keep your services and availability up to date.
You’re responsible for honouring the appointments you accept, and for your own conduct with customers.

Acceptable use

Don’t use ManyMore to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, misrepresent your business, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Don’t use it for anything other than genuine appointment booking for a real service business.

Pricing

ManyMore is currently free while we grow. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, they’ll be clearly communicated in advance and won’t apply retroactively. Optional add-on services (for example, help setting up a booking page) may carry a separate, agreed fee.

The assistant is advisory

The assistant helps triage a customer’s problem (likely cause, parts to consider). This is guidance to prepare for the visit, not a professional diagnosis. The provider is responsible for the actual assessment and work performed. Nothing ManyMore produces is a substitute for the provider’s own professional judgment.

Availability

We work to keep ManyMore reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Bookings depend on third-party services (such as Google Calendar and email delivery) that are outside our control.

No warranty

ManyMore is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManyMore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, missed appointments, or lost business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during the free period, is zero).

Termination

You can stop using ManyMore and disconnect your calendar at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe puts users, the service, or third parties at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as ManyMore evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
