Privacy Policy
ManyMore (“we”, “us”) builds AI assistants that help service businesses take and manage appointments. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to service providers who use ManyMore, and to their customers who book through it.
We are an independent business based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Questions? Email hello@manymore.ca.
Who this covers
- Providers — the tradespeople and businesses who sign in to ManyMore and connect their calendar.
- Customers — people who book an appointment with a provider through a ManyMore booking page or embedded widget.
What we collect
- Provider account data: your name, email address, business name, phone, service area, the services you offer, and your booking preferences.
- Google account data (with your permission): when you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to read your availability and to create confirmed appointments. See “Google user data” below.
- Customer booking data: the name, phone, email, service address, and problem description a customer provides when booking, plus the appointment details.
- Conversation data: messages exchanged with our booking assistant during intake, used to understand the job and prepare the provider.
- Usage data: basic, non-identifying analytics about how booking pages are used (for example, how far through a booking someone got), tied to a random session identifier — not to a person.
Google user data
ManyMore’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
When a provider connects Google Calendar, we request only the access needed to run bookings:
- Read your free/busy times and calendar events — so we only ever offer customers times you are genuinely open.
- Create and manage appointment events — so confirmed bookings are written to your calendar automatically.
We use Google Calendar data solely to provide these booking features to you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run ManyMore (below) or where required by law, and we do not let humans read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or to comply with the law. Your Google refresh token is encrypted at rest. You can disconnect ManyMore’s access at any time from your Google Account’s third-party access settings.
How we use data
- To show real open times, take bookings, and write confirmed appointments to the provider’s calendar.
- To let our assistant understand the customer’s problem and prepare the provider (likely cause, parts to bring).
- To send appointment notifications by email and — if you opt in — by text message (request received, confirmed, rescheduled, running late).
- To keep ManyMore secure, reliable, and improving.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in when booking, ManyMore may send you text messages about your appointment — a confirmation, a reminder, a running-late heads-up, or a message to coordinate a new time if something changes. These are transactional messages tied to your appointment, not marketing, and they are sent on behalf of the service provider you booked with.
- Consent: you opt in by checking the text-message box when you book. It’s optional — you’re never required to agree to it to book a service.
- Frequency: varies by appointment — typically a handful of messages per booking.
- Opt out anytime: reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- We don’t sell or share your phone number, and we don’t use it for marketing. Messages are delivered through our SMS provider (Amazon Web Services).
AI processing
The booking assistant is powered by a large language model run through Amazon Web Services (AWS Bedrock). Intake messages are sent to that model to triage the job. This data is processed to provide the service and is not used by us or the provider to train advertising models.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make ManyMore work, under their own data-protection commitments:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, email delivery, and AI processing.
- Google — calendar access, as you authorized.
- A provider naturally receives the booking details of customers who book with them.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Storage & security
Data is stored on our own infrastructure. Secrets and access tokens are encrypted. We follow least-privilege practices and limit access to what’s needed to operate the service.
Retention
We keep account and booking data for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Providers can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us.
Your choices
- Disconnect Google access anytime via your Google Account settings.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@manymore.ca.
Children
ManyMore is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as ManyMore grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
